Guerlain Visual Merchandising Intern

- Assist in managing and adapting planograms to ensure alignment with global visual merchandising guidelines at Points of Sale (POS).
- Coordinate with suppliers for the design, production, and implementation of visual merchandising elements at POS.
- Develop visual merchandising guidelines in accordance with the brand's corporate standards across all channels.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales teams for the execution of local events and promotions.
- Participate in creating technical drawings and conceptual designs for merchandising elements such as glorifiers, windows, product boards, and podiums.
- Support budget tracking and invoicing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce, or a related field. A Master's degree in graphic design is highly valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level). French or other languages are advantageous.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
- Robust management capabilities.
- Creativity with a foundational understanding of design.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Previous professional experience is considered a plus, though not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce, or related field.
870€ net per month.
