3. Lead data collection and analysis of visual merchandising initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
4. Collaborate with regional teams to forecast and manage point-of-sale materials.
5. Prepare visual merchandising books and oversee new store openings.
6. Monitor and manage the visual merchandising budget efficiently.
7. Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising strategies in-store, maintaining brand standards.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to local visual merchandising teams.
9. Develop and deliver training programs on visual merchandising principles and brand standards.

11. Oversee local production of visual merchandising materials.

1. University graduate with at least 3 to 6 years of retail experience in a visual merchandising position.
2. Previous experience in the perfumes and cosmetics industry and familiarity with the region is advantageous.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
2. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.

University degree required.
