Guerlain Visual Merchandising Executive

- Adapt global visual merchandising guidelines to local configurations for various retail formats.
- Create and maintain planograms to align with brand guidelines and optimize sales.
- Lead data collection and analysis of visual merchandising initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to forecast and manage point-of-sale materials.
- Prepare visual merchandising books and oversee new store openings.
- Monitor and manage the visual merchandising budget efficiently.
- Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising strategies in-store, maintaining brand standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to local visual merchandising teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs on visual merchandising principles and brand standards.
- Manage visual merchandising updates in spas, aligning with brand aesthetics.
- Oversee local production of visual merchandising materials.
- University graduate with at least 3 to 6 years of retail experience in a visual merchandising position.
- Previous experience in the perfumes and cosmetics industry and familiarity with the region is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
University degree required.
