Guerlain Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Prepare and execute new product launches in department store counters, ensuring adherence to HQ guidelines and maintaining a consistent and premium Guerlain image.
- Distribute visual merchandising guidelines to stores, maintaining communication to ensure accurate implementation and compliance.
- Monitor in-store visual standards, providing feedback and follow-up actions to ensure long-term consistency and execution quality.
- Plan, prepare, and execute visual merchandising for external spaces, including pop-ups and lounges, in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop visual proposals and layouts for e-commerce content, ensuring alignment with Guerlain’s brand image.
- Prepare zoning-based VMD plans and support on-site execution for CRM-led VIP events and PR-led offline events.
- Maintain communication with stores for the upkeep and maintenance of visual elements.
- Coordinate with vendors for production, installation, maintenance, and dismantling processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to ensure alignment between global guidelines and local execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within cosmetic brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office; SketchUp preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a preference for experience in cosmetic brands.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
