- Oversee and implement the annual skills development plan.
- Manage all administrative aspects of training, including attendance tracking and evaluations, coordinating with both internal and external providers.
- Assess employee satisfaction and analyze feedback to continuously enhance training programs.
- Lead the organization and structure of the company's integration seminar.
- Ensure adherence to the training budget, maintaining rigorous oversight and optimizing investments.
- Act as a 'Business Partner' to various stakeholders including HR, managers, and employees.
- Actively participate in the LVMH group's Training Managers community.
- Propose and orchestrate logistics for the annual 'Learning Week', including managing registrations and coordinating with providers.
- Contribute to the development of new 'Learning Week' formats for Retail and Operations teams.
- Facilitate the internal deployment of Group initiatives such as mandatory e-learnings and performance management, in close collaboration with HR teams.
- Engage in strategic HR Development initiatives.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury, cosmetics, or selective distribution sectors.
- Budget management and investment optimization.
- Expertise in training systems and digital learning tools.
- Knowledge of French professional training legislation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities for KPI tracking and reporting.
Minimum of 5 years in training management, skills development plan deployment, and project management, ideally within the luxury, cosmetics, or selective distribution sectors.
Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
