1. Oversee and implement the annual skills development plan.
2. Manage all administrative aspects of training, including attendance tracking and evaluations, coordinating with both internal and external providers.
3. Assess employee satisfaction and analyze feedback to continuously enhance training programs.
4. Lead the organization and structure of the company's integration seminar.
5. Ensure adherence to the training budget, maintaining rigorous oversight and optimizing investments.
6. Act as a 'Business Partner' to various stakeholders including HR, managers, and employees.
7. Actively participate in the LVMH group's Training Managers community.
8. Propose and orchestrate logistics for the annual 'Learning Week', including managing registrations and coordinating with providers.
9. Contribute to the development of new 'Learning Week' formats for Retail and Operations teams.
10. Facilitate the internal deployment of Group initiatives such as mandatory e-learnings and performance management, in close collaboration with HR teams.
11. Engage in strategic HR Development initiatives.

1. Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury, cosmetics, or selective distribution sectors.

1. Budget management and investment optimization.
2. Expertise in training systems and digital learning tools.
3. Knowledge of French professional training legislation.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities for KPI tracking and reporting.

Minimum of 5 years in training management, skills development plan deployment, and project management, ideally within the luxury, cosmetics, or selective distribution sectors.

Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
