Guerlain Training Project Manager

- Adapt and implement the Retail and Education strategy for the Travel Retail Europe network.

- Define training strategy and activations for priority product launches in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

- Foster loyalty among Beauty Consultants by attracting and retaining top talent.
- Organize and execute Beauty Consultant Seminars in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Train Retail Managers to act as operational training relays at secondary locations.
- Implement performance measurement tools and provide recommendations to Area Managers, focusing on top airports.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Turkish is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for customer service and retail excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
