Guerlain Training Project Manager

- Adapt and implement the Retail and Education strategy for the Travel Retail Europe network.
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver training plans for priority locations.
- Conduct training sessions on brand pitch, products, and services for diverse audiences including Beauty Consultants, Retail Managers, and Retailers.
- Define training strategy and activations for priority product launches in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with local trainers to enhance program effectiveness and integrate regional needs.
- Develop digital learning and face-to-face training strategies and annual programs.
- Foster loyalty among Beauty Consultants by attracting and retaining top talent.
- Organize and execute Beauty Consultant Seminars in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Train Retail Managers to act as operational training relays at secondary locations.
- Implement performance measurement tools and provide recommendations to Area Managers, focusing on top airports.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Turkish is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, and initiative-driven mindset.
- Passion for customer service and retail excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
