1. Manage scheduling and organization of training sessions, including updating registrations and tracking results.
2. Coordinate logistical aspects of training events.
3. Handle product orders, follow-ups, and deliveries.
4. Liaise with printers and oversee updates to training materials.
5. Prepare training venues and materials, including technical sheets and gifts.
6. Maintain training binders, including ordering materials and managing quotes.
7. Receive, process, and disseminate information effectively.
8. Assist in preparing presentations by researching and processing data.
9. Develop and update product information sheets in collaboration with international teams.
10. Manage supplier relations, including quotes, orders, reservations, and account creation.
11. Prepare weekly newsletters using Canva.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent, with a keen interest in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
2. Proactive and reliable with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to adapt to various situations with flexibility.
4. Proficient in managing and following procedures.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
6. Fluent in English with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
