1. Participate in training events, including day, evening, and event formats, assisting with external vendor management, setup of training rooms in Paris and other locations, attendance tracking, room reservations, breakfast arrangements, and gift preparations.
2. Manage supplier relations, including quotes, orders, reservations, and vendor follow-up.
3. Handle and organize orders, including product reception and dispatch.
4. Coordinate restaurant reservations.
5. Prepare reports and track digital training tools.
6. Compile weekly information for the Retail France newsletter.
7. Manage the Distribution email inbox.
8. Create supplier accounts.
9. Handle invoicing, including deposits, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
10. Create PowerPoint presentations and memo pockets.

1. Currently pursuing a BTS or equivalent degree with an interest in the luxury sector.
2. Demonstrates reactivity, autonomy, organization, mobility in Paris and other regions, and meticulousness.
3. Proficient in managing and following procedures.
4. Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and possesses a good command of English.
