Guerlain Training and Public Relations Intern

- Support the organization of training sessions and events, including logistics such as location, invitations, decorations, registrations, and catering.
- Coordinate hotel, train, and dinner reservations.
- Translate and format presentations for various purposes.
- Organize and prepare the Guerlain Room for management meetings.
- Maintain and update the Be Guerlain App.
- Assist the Public Relations team with daily tasks and follow up on journalist requests.
- Adapt and distribute PR newsletters and press kits.
- Manage PR orders, shipments, and stock.
- Support the PR Manager in organizing press conferences and events.
- Assist with reports, clippings, coverage updates, and presentations.
- Participate in events and activities in the Belux region as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Excellent communication and representation skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and luxury standards.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and adept at multitasking.
- Familiarity with the Belux media sector and audience.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Some prior experience in the luxury, beauty, or public relations sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
