Guerlain Training & PR Assistant Intern

1. Support the organization of training sessions and events, including logistics such as location, invitations, decorations, and catering.
2. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including hotel and train reservations.
3. Translate and design visually appealing presentations.
4. Organize and prepare meetings in the Guerlain Room.
5. Maintain and update the BE Guerlain App.
6. Assist the PR team with daily tasks and media relations.
7. Respond to journalist inquiries promptly and efficiently.
8. Adapt and distribute PR newsletters and press kits.
9. Manage PR orders, shipments, and stock.
10. Support the PR Manager in organizing press conferences and events.
11. Assist with event coordination and activities in the Belux region.
12. Contribute to reports, clippings, coverage updates, and presentations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing.

1. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
6. Knowledge of the Belux media sector is beneficial.

Some experience in the luxury, beauty, or PR sector is advantageous.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
