Guerlain Training & PR Assistant Intern

1. Support the organization of trainings and events, including logistics such as location, invitations, decoration, and catering.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel, train, and dinner reservations.
3. Translate and design visually appealing presentations.
4. Manage meetings and prepare the Guerlain Room.
5. Maintain the BE Guerlain App.
6. Assist the PR team with daily tasks and media relations.
7. Respond promptly to journalist inquiries and manage PR newsletters and press kits.
8. Oversee PR orders, shipments, and stock management.
9. Support the PR Manager in organizing press conferences and events.
10. Assist with compiling reports, clippings, coverage updates, and presentations.
11. Participate in events and activities in the Belux region.

1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing.

1. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and multitask.
6. Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
7. Knowledge of the Belux media sector is beneficial.

Some experience in the luxury, beauty, or public relations sector is advantageous.

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field.
