1. Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials to ensure the team is equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
2. Develop and manage an online tool for participant registration for all training sessions and follow-up.
3. Participate in sales performance analysis and assist in developing and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
4. Support the retail team in daily operations management, ensuring smooth and efficient store activities, and coordinate training material needs including planning, ordering, and delivery follow-up.
5. Assist in organizing in-store events and promotions to create memorable customer experiences.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Fluency in German, French, and English.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Passion for the luxury retail industry and a keen interest in beauty and cosmetics.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury retail industry is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
