1. Conduct training sessions for new product launches in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare to ensure Beauty Consultants are aligned with brand messaging and service standards.
2. Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions to maintain knowledge consistency and elevate client experience.
3. Design and implement engaging training experiences that reflect Guerlain’s luxury standards.
4. Provide on-the-job coaching to Beauty Consultants, focusing on product storytelling, selling ceremony, and client experience.
5. Observe in-store performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
6. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to support business objectives through people development.
7. Assist the Education Manager in developing and executing the annual training roadmap for Malaysia.
8. Track and analyze training participation, learning progress, and performance outcomes.
9. Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and the Singapore Education team for seamless alignment and execution.
10. Act as a brand ambassador embodying Guerlain’s values of Luxury, Heritage, and Art of Craftsmanship.
11. Conduct client-facing workshops, masterclasses, and brand events to deepen client engagement and reinforce brand prestige.

1. Diploma or higher qualification; additional certification in facilitation, training, or adult learning is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in training, education, or retail operations within the luxury beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare.
4. Proven experience in group facilitation and in-store coaching.
5. Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia for training and field coaching.

1. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
6. Passion for luxury beauty and continuous learning.

Minimum 5 years of experience in training, education, or retail operations within the luxury beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.

Diploma or higher qualification.
