- Lead and develop a Junior Trade Marketing Manager, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and excellence.
- Implement the defined trade marketing plan in alignment with business and POS strategies.
- Develop and optimize customer-specific marketing solutions in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Interact with the Sales & Retail Team to analyze distribution opportunities and gaps, recommending action plans as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to enhance collaboration and business growth.
- Lead major POS activities such as mega podiums or sales conventions.
- Develop and implement innovative concepts for animation programs, including exclusive masterclasses and luxury events.
- Analyze and track marketing activities and profitability control.
- Create forecasts and strategies for relevant POSM materials, including GWPs, samples, and testers.
- Analyze and follow up on the A&P budget.
- Manage local suppliers to ensure consistency in all locally produced materials.
- Report to HQ in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
- Customer development focus with strong business acumen.
- Organized and focused team player.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and economic skills.
- Creative thinking with strong project ownership.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally within the luxury or beauty segment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
