Guerlain Trade Marketing Intern

- Coordinate the execution of the trade plan across the Indian Ocean, India, Africa, and the nearest regions in collaboration with the commercial and sales teams.
- Work with the Merchandising team to ensure briefs are communicated to retailers and agents, keeping them informed of trade developments and production needs.
- Maintain and update the trade plan calendar and consolidation files daily.
- Manage 360 marketing activations for in-store events, including masterclasses and on-counter events.
- Develop trade collateral tools for trade and boutique activations.
- Provide forecast recommendations for animations and GWP samples to ensure availability of POSM and merchandising elements for upcoming launches.
- Oversee the GWP and samples strategy, implementation, and monthly updates with the sales/commercial team.
- Report on activations in trade reports and budget follow-up files, analyzing ROI to ensure performance.
- Monitor the luxury, beauty, and retail industry for trends and opportunities, conducting weekly market visits and presenting findings to the Guerlain team.
- Create purchase orders and follow up on budgets per market to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Events within the luxury retail industry or FMCG.
- Passion for beauty and retail.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management and reporting.
- Analytical skills for ROI analysis and market trend monitoring.
- Creative thinking for developing trade collateral tools.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or events within the luxury retail industry or FMCG is required.
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
