Guerlain Trade and Merchandising Intern

The Dutch office of LVMH Beauty, located in Capelle aan den IJssel, is dedicated to upholding the brand's vision and character within the Netherlands.
- Support the development of 360-degree marketing plans for animations and key launches with retailers.
- Creatively develop communication materials for retailers and points of sale.
- Assist in the rollout of local POS trade activations.
- Monitor and analyze results of marketing initiatives.
- Manage incentives and communication with sales advisors.
- Create and manage shelf plans and planograms according to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the implementation of brand guidelines in the Dutch market.
- Assist in merchandising for events, trainings, and masterclasses.
- Prepare Excel files and analyze sales data.
- Support the sales team with analysis, planning, and project execution.
- Report on priority launches and visibility.
- Currently pursuing a degree at HBO/WO level.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a precise working method.
- Analytical, organized, and results-driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with a helpful and initiative-taking attitude.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and dynamic.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a degree at HBO/WO level.
