1. Represent and transmit Guerlain's values to customers and employees.
2. Oversee sales objectives and ensure excellence in customer service.
3. Implement strategies set by management.
4. Manage, train, and develop a team with a focus on customer relationships and experience.
5. Build customer loyalty and expand the local and international customer base.

15. Participate in the implementation of merchandising with support functions.
16. Ensure application of operating procedures and rules.
17. Collaborate with managers on risk management.
