- Draft compelling job advertisements and post them on appropriate job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews, followed by debriefs with managers.
- Develop and present job offers.
- Coordinate with personnel administration for contract formalization.
- Update HR dashboards and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Manage negative feedback processes.
- Design and conduct bi-annual integration and engagement sessions.
- Facilitate mid-term and end-of-experience evaluations with managers.
- Identify potential internal opportunities for Young Talents nearing the end of their contracts.
- Participate in school forums with LVMH teams to enhance brand visibility and recruitment efficacy.
- Develop inspiring workshops with team managers for partner school students.
- Identify and strategize collaborations with specialized schools and master's programs.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business, communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment or development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and recognized for teamwork, empathy, humility, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in Human Resources.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
