2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews, followed by debriefs with managers.
3. Develop and present job offers.
4. Coordinate with personnel administration for contract formalization.
5. Update HR dashboards and monitor relevant KPIs.
6. Manage negative feedback processes.
7. Design and conduct bi-annual integration and engagement sessions.
8. Facilitate mid-term and end-of-experience evaluations with managers.
9. Identify potential internal opportunities for Young Talents nearing the end of their contracts.
10. Participate in school forums with LVMH teams to enhance brand visibility and recruitment efficacy.
11. Develop inspiring workshops with team managers for partner school students.
12. Identify and strategize collaborations with specialized schools and master's programs.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business, communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment or development.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and efficiently.
4. Enthusiastic, curious, and recognized for teamwork, empathy, humility, and adaptability.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in Human Resources.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
