Guerlain Sustainability Intern

Guerlain, a prestigious brand within the Parfums & Cosmétiques division, is renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. As part of the esteemed LVMH group, Guerlain offers a dynamic environment where tradition meets cutting-edge advancements in luxury beauty.

1. Conduct targeted research and organize strategic information: benchmarks, cross-analyses, market studies, strategic monitoring, and ad-hoc research.
2. Participate in training to facilitate the Climate Fresk workshops and assist in organizing these internally at Guerlain.
3. Contribute to the monitoring and development of ongoing projects such as UEBT, Circular Economy, and BEE SCHOOL.
4. Coordinate and animate certain operational CSR actions: update products on the Bee Respect transparency platform, prepare data for eco-tax declarations, provide logistical support for Women for Bees, apply for awards, and prepare materials for interviews.
5. Formalize project deliverables: meeting minutes, conference notes, work notes, and presentations.
6. Develop sustainable communication content: LinkedIn posts and internal communications related to major milestones in Guerlain's sustainability policy.
7. Assist with various team and company-related tasks: team meetings, preparing sustainability scripts, creating and paying suppliers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Environment/Agronomy/Sustainability.
2. Previous internship experience in consulting or project management within the sustainability sector is ideal.
3. Strong interest in innovation, circular economy, sustainable sourcing, regenerative agriculture, and apiculture.

1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a proactive and engaged approach.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some internship experience in consulting or project management related to sustainability.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
