Guerlain Sustainability Development Intern

- Conduct targeted research and organize strategic information: benchmarks, cross-analyses, market studies, strategic monitoring, and ad-hoc research.
- Train as a facilitator for the Climate Fresk to support Guerlain teams in organizing workshops.
- Contribute to the monitoring and development of ongoing projects: UEBT, Circular Economy, BEE SCHOOL.
- Coordinate and animate certain operational CSR actions: update products on the Bee Respect platform, prepare data for eco-taxes, provide logistical support for Women for Bees, prepare award applications, and interview materials.
- Formalize project deliverables: reports, conferences, working notes, presentations.
- Develop sustainable communication content: LinkedIn posts, internal posts related to the milestones of the Maison's Sustainability Policy.
- Occasionally contribute to various team and company-related tasks: team meetings, preparation of sustainability scripts, creation and payment of suppliers.
- Student in the final year of a Master's program in business, engineering, or equivalent university with a specialization in environment/agronomy/sustainable development.
- Previous internship experience in a consulting firm or project management in sustainable development.
- Interest in innovation and circular economy, sustainable sourcing, regenerative agriculture, and apiculture.
- Strong organizational skills, rigorous priority and task management, proactivity, and commitment.
- Enthusiastic and curious, team player, benevolent, humble, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Entry-level, suitable for students with prior internship experience in related fields.
Pursuing a Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a focus on sustainability.
