Guerlain Sustainability Development Intern

Guerlain is a renowned luxury brand specializing in perfumes and cosmetics, known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. The company is part of a larger group that emphasizes sustainable practices and transparency in its operations.

1. Conduct targeted research and organize strategic information: benchmarks, cross-analyses, market studies, strategic monitoring, and ad-hoc research.
2. Train as a facilitator for the Climate Fresco to support Guerlain teams in organizing workshops.
3. Contribute to the monitoring and development of ongoing projects: UEBT, Circular Economy, BEE SCHOOL.
4. Coordinate and animate certain operational CSR actions: update products on the Bee Respect platform, prepare data for eco-taxes, provide logistical support for Women for Bees, submit award applications, and prepare elements for interviews.
5. Formalize project animation deliverables: reports, conferences, working notes, presentations.
6. Develop sustainable communication content: LinkedIn posts, internal posts related to the milestones of the Maison's Sustainable Development policy.
7. Occasionally contribute to various tasks related to team and company life: team meetings, preparation of sustainability scripts, creation and payment of suppliers.

1. Student in Bac +4/+5 in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university with a specialization in environment/agronomy/sustainable development.
2. First experience in an internship in a consulting firm or project management in sustainable development.

1. Interest in innovation and circular economy, sustainable sourcing, regenerative agriculture, and curiosity about beekeeping and bee conservation.
2. Organizational skills, rigorous management of priorities and simultaneous tasks, proactivity, and commitment.
3. Enthusiastic and curious, team player, benevolent, humble, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Beginner

Student in Bac +4/+5 in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university with a specialization in environment/agronomy/sustainable development.

This is a conventioned internship available from July 2025 for a duration of 6 months.
