Guerlain Supply Planner Intern

- Support the redesign of processes using the new Anaplan tool, including the creation of new BI and daily reports on PowerBI to optimize alert systems.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and tools, focusing on launch needs planning, validation of volumes sent to global subsidiaries, allocation plans management during supply tensions, and code changes management post-reformulations.
- Collaborate with Supply Planners to ensure optimal market and subsidiary operations, guaranteeing the highest distribution efficiency and service rates worldwide.
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or related fields with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and graph creation.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Strong business orientation and analytical capabilities.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Beginner level experience in supply chain or related fields.
Pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level degree in engineering or related fields.
Regular mentoring and coaching by the Supply Planning & Merchandising team manager.
