Guerlain Supply Planner Intern

1. Assist in the redesign of processes using the new Anaplan tool, including the creation of new BI and daily reports on PowerBI to optimize alert systems.
2. Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and tools, such as launch requirement plans, validation of volumes sent to subsidiaries worldwide, allocation plans management during constraints, and code changes due to reformulations.
3. Collaborate with Supply Planners to ensure optimal distribution and service levels across global markets and subsidiaries.
4. Develop analytical operational skills and a comprehensive understanding of Guerlain's Supply Planning processes.
5. Receive regular coaching and support from the Supply Planning & Merchandising team manager.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 degree in engineering or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and charts, and ideally experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
2. Strong business orientation and analytical capabilities.
3. Familiarity with information systems.
4. Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Beginner level experience in Supply Chain or related fields.

Pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 degree in engineering or a related field.

The intern will receive regular coaching and support from the manager of the Supply Planning & Merchandising team.
