Guerlain Supply Chain Engineer

1. Ensure the availability of 360 merchandising items for a portfolio of launches and basics.
2. Manage the availability of finished products at distribution centers for 360 Merchandising launches.
3. Configure necessary SAP data for production.
4. Place orders and send necessary components to subcontractors for production.
5. Monitor stock components at suppliers and track deliveries to France, Singapore, and China.
6. Manage supplier relationships.
7. Collaborate with the buyer on logistics planning.
8. Work with the demand planning team to address market needs before volume consolidation.
9. Ensure optimal service levels for merchandising references, including alert escalation and communication with supply planning.
10. Conduct continuous improvement actions, such as activity tracking tools and supplier OTIF indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
2. Successful experience in the Supply Chain field.
