- Manage permanent (hard merch) and temporary (soft merch) projects across retail locations and distribution partners such as Sephora, Marionnaud, and Nocibé.
- Adapt designs according to specific guidelines and oversee projects from inception to completion, covering technical, administrative, and operational aspects.
- Contribute to achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the Merchandising Department in France and support the transformation of the brand by ensuring flawless execution of concepts at points of sale.
- Occasional travel may be required for project oversight.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Architect, Interior Architect, or Store Designer.
- Prior experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical expertise and knowledge of furniture and stand fabrication processes.
- Hand drawing skills.
- Understanding of the perfume and cosmetics sector is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsiveness and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Beginner level experience required, ideally with exposure to luxury environments.
Hybrid working model with a permanent contract based in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
