Guerlain Store Design Project Manager

- Oversee all aspects of store design and brand experience for Guerlain boutiques, shop-in-shops, and spas.
- Collaborate with Paris Headquarters on technical execution for new and renovated stores and spas.
- Initiate, review, and approve owner's review sets, bid drawings, and construction documents.
- Review and approve millwork shop drawings.
- Maintain existing stores and counters.
- Manage external teams such as architects, millworkers, and consultants to align with store design processes.
- Track project budgets, review drawings for value engineering, and ensure timely submission of PO requests and payments.
- Ensure projects meet opening dates on time and within budget.
- Attend offsite meetings with production vendors to review prototypes.
- Organize pre-construction meetings to align project teams for installation.
- Conduct site visits and assemble punch lists upon construction turnover.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and brand marketing teams to stay updated on VM and store design initiatives.
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager for VM guidelines and soft merchandising elements for new store openings.
- Coordinate project requirements with internal partners including Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, and the field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store design within the beauty or related industry.
- 25% travel required.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and accuracy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in store design, particularly within the beauty or related industry.
LVMH Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
