Guerlain Store Design & Visual Merchandising Intern

- Contribute to the design of store opening and renovation projects, including zoning, 3D modeling, and planning for both permanent and temporary locations in Europe and the Americas.
- Create project books for internal and external validation with retailers.
- Monitor and adjust technical drawings provided by manufacturers.
- Participate in the overall project management from briefing to installation, collaborating closely with the Project Architecture Manager.
- Maintain and update archives and databases, including SketchUp libraries, photos, plans, and store guidelines.
- Design point-of-sale displays specific to the Travel Retail market in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Project Manager.
- Draft technical briefs for internal and external operational teams.
- Produce artworks and technical print files using Illustrator.
- Support regional teams to ensure retail excellence across all airports.
- Collaborate with Regional, Marketing, and International Merchandising teams.
- Conduct weekly project follow-ups using reporting tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Final-year student from a design school such as École Boulle, Ensaama, Penninghen, Camondo, École Bleue, etc.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software (Vray or Twilight) is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, creative with a marketing sensibility and an interest in Perfumes & Cosmetics.
