Guerlain Stock Coordinator

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
- Plan and manage inventory supplies for designated boutiques in collaboration with store managers and under the supervision of the Network Manager.
- Prioritize customer service by implementing stock processes and procedures as directed by the Retail Management.
- Monitor and manage automatic replenishment orders and specific requests.
- Oversee new product launches, ensuring timely availability and appropriate quantities.
- Facilitate inter-store transfers and organize stock reserves and storage spaces.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing overstock, shortages, new releases, and catalog removals.
- Conduct annual and rolling inventories, tracking key stock management indicators.
- Ensure adherence to Guerlain's stock procedures and those of department stores.
- Propose and implement procedural improvements, communicating essential product and stock information to the team.
- Act as the primary contact for logistical communications with department stores.
- Share best practices and assist in integrating new stock coordinators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong service orientation within a luxury environment.
- Result-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Proactive and methodical approach.
A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a similar role is required.
The position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, in a prestigious Parisian setting.
