1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
2. Plan and manage inventory supplies for designated boutiques in collaboration with store managers and under the supervision of the Network Manager.
3. Prioritize customer service by implementing stock processes and procedures as directed by the Retail Management.
4. Monitor and manage automatic replenishment orders and specific requests.
5. Oversee new product launches, ensuring timely availability and appropriate quantities.
6. Facilitate inter-store transfers and organize stock reserves and storage spaces.
7. Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing overstock, shortages, new releases, and catalog removals.
8. Conduct annual and rolling inventories, tracking key stock management indicators.
9. Ensure adherence to Guerlain's stock procedures and those of department stores.
10. Propose and implement procedural improvements, communicating essential product and stock information to the team.
11. Act as the primary contact for logistical communications with department stores.
12. Share best practices and assist in integrating new stock coordinators.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, in a prestigious Parisian setting.
