- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
- Plan and manage stock replenishment for assigned boutiques in collaboration with store managers.
- Ensure customer service excellence by implementing stock processes and procedures set by Retail Management.
- Monitor automatic replenishment orders and manage specific orders.
- Oversee new product launches, ensuring timely and adequate stock availability.
- Manage inter-boutique stock transfers and organize stock reserves and storage spaces.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing overstock, shortages, new launches, and catalog deletions.
- Conduct annual and rolling inventories, tracking key stock management indicators.
- Apply Guerlain and partner store stock procedures, ensuring compliance by managers and sales advisors.
- Proactively suggest and implement procedural improvements.
- Communicate essential product and stock information to the entire boutique team.
- Facilitate effective communication within the stockist-manager-network manager triad.
- Serve as the point of contact for logistics partners in department stores.
- Share best practices among stockists and assist in onboarding new stockists.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
