Guerlain Stock Controller

1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
2. Plan and manage store supply chains under the supervision of the Network Manager and in collaboration with store managers.
3. Ensure customer service excellence by implementing stock processes and procedures set by Retail Management.
4. Monitor and manage stock levels, including automatic replenishment orders, new product launches, and inter-store transfers.
5. Organize stock reserves and storage spaces on the sales floor.
6. Ensure optimal stock levels, avoiding overstock, shortages, and managing new product introductions and catalog deletions.
7. Conduct annual and rolling inventories and track key stock management indicators.
8. Enforce Guerlain's stock procedures and those of department stores, ensuring compliance among managers and sales advisors.
9. Proactively suggest improvements to stock procedures and communicate essential product and stock information to the entire store team.
10. Maintain effective communication within the stockist-manager-network manager triad and act as the point of contact for department store logistics personnel.
11. Share best practices with all stockists and assist in onboarding new stockists.
