Guerlain Stock Controller

- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
- Plan and manage store supply chains under the supervision of the Network Manager and in collaboration with store managers.
- Ensure customer service excellence by implementing stock processes and procedures set by Retail Management.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including automatic replenishment orders, new product launches, and inter-store transfers.
- Organize stock reserves and storage spaces on the sales floor.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, avoiding overstock, shortages, and managing new product introductions and catalog deletions.
- Conduct annual and rolling inventories and track key stock management indicators.
- Enforce Guerlain's stock procedures and those of department stores, ensuring compliance among managers and sales advisors.
- Proactively suggest improvements to stock procedures and communicate essential product and stock information to the entire store team.
- Maintain effective communication within the stockist-manager-network manager triad and act as the point of contact for department store logistics personnel.
- Share best practices with all stockists and assist in onboarding new stockists.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Significant prior experience in a similar role.
