1. Serve as an ambassador of Guerlain, embodying and conveying the brand's values.
2. Plan and manage stock replenishment for designated boutiques in collaboration with store managers and under the supervision of the Network Manager.
3. Ensure customer service excellence by implementing stock processes and procedures established by Retail Management.
4. Monitor automatic replenishment orders and manage specific orders.
5. Oversee new product launches, ensuring timely availability and correct quantities.
6. Manage inter-boutique stock transfers and organize stock reserves and storage spaces on the sales floor.
7. Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing overstock, shortages, new releases, and catalog discontinuations.
8. Conduct annual and rolling inventories and track key stock management indicators.
9. Apply and enforce Guerlain's stock procedures and those of department stores.
10. Propose improvements to stock procedures and ensure effective communication of product and stock information within the boutique.
11. Act as the main contact for logistical partners in department stores.
12. Share best practices with stockists and assist in onboarding new stockists.
13. Contribute to the overall organization of the stockist team.

1. BTS level education or equivalent

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Strong service orientation in a luxury environment

5. Meticulous, methodical, and organized

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
