Guerlain Stock Controller

- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
- Plan and manage stock replenishments for assigned boutiques.
- Ensure customer service excellence by adhering to stock processes and procedures set by Boutique Management.
- Drive sales by effectively managing stock levels, including orders, restocks, and inter-boutique transfers.
- Organize stock and storage spaces efficiently.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing shortages and implementing corrective actions.
- Update catalogues to reflect new products and end-of-life items.
- Conduct annual and rolling inventories.
- Monitor stock management KPIs, such as stock coverage and On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
- Ensure compliance with Guerlain's 'Store Handbook' and department store procedures.
- Propose and implement improvements to stock procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with managers, sharing essential information and managing projects such as store openings.
- Serve as the point of contact for department store representatives in shop-in-shop settings.
- Facilitate communication within the stock team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong service orientation in a luxury environment.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Integrity and ethical conduct.
Minimum 5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
