1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
2. Plan and manage stock replenishments for assigned boutiques.
3. Ensure customer service excellence by adhering to stock processes and procedures set by Boutique Management.
4. Drive sales by effectively managing stock levels, including orders, restocks, and inter-boutique transfers.
5. Organize stock and storage spaces efficiently.
6. Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing shortages and implementing corrective actions.
7. Update catalogues to reflect new products and end-of-life items.
8. Conduct annual and rolling inventories.
9. Monitor stock management KPIs, such as stock coverage and On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
10. Ensure compliance with Guerlain's 'Store Handbook' and department store procedures.
11. Propose and implement improvements to stock procedures.
12. Collaborate effectively with managers, sharing essential information and managing projects such as store openings.
13. Serve as the point of contact for department store representatives in shop-in-shop settings.
14. Facilitate communication within the stock team.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Minimum 5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury sector.
