- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
- Plan and oversee inventory procurement for assigned boutiques.
- Ensure customer service excellence by implementing stock processes and procedures set by the Boutique Management.
- Drive sales by managing stock levels, including orders, restocking, and inter-boutique transfers.
- Organize stock and storage spaces efficiently on the shop floor.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing shortages and implementing corrective actions.
- Update the product catalog in line with new releases and end-of-life products.
- Conduct annual and cyclical inventories.
- Monitor stock management KPIs, including stock coverage and on-shelf availability (OSA).
- Ensure compliance with Guerlain's Store Handbook processes and procedures, as well as those of department stores.
- Propose and implement improvements to stock procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with managers to communicate essential information regarding boutique operations and stock management.
- Manage projects such as podiums and boutique openings.
- Provide cross-functional management on stock processes to Beauty Consultants.
- Serve as the point of contact with store interlocutors in shop-in-shop settings.
- Facilitate communication within the stock team.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong service orientation in a luxury environment.

- Excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years in stock management or a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
