1. Represent the history, heritage, and values of Guerlain to Beauty Experts and Spa teams.
2. Ensure adherence to treatment quality, protocols, and processes.
3. Coach and motivate local Socie Spa Trainers.
4. Monitor and ensure protocol safety compliance.
5. Organize both offline and online training sessions locally.
6. Conduct training sessions for SPA and Retail Cabins offering paid and free treatments.
7. Perform regular market visits to monitor SOCIE/ESGP Cabins.
8. Collaborate with the Spa International team to update and develop communication tools.
9. Train trainers for non-paid treatments when Skincare training team is unavailable.
10. Facilitate communication between local and international Spa Training teams.
11. Ensure compliance with Guerlain Visual Merchandising and Retail Design guidelines at SOCIE/ESGP.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the salon business, particularly in field and/or training roles.

1. Fluency in Japanese and English
2. In-depth knowledge of Guerlain SPA protocols and methods
3. Strong communication and coaching abilities
4. Proficiency in organizing and conducting training sessions

A minimum of 5 years in the salon business, with a focus on field and training roles.
