Guerlain SPA Trainer

1. Represent the history, heritage, and values of Guerlain to Beauty Experts and Spa teams.
2. Ensure adherence to treatment quality, protocols, and processes, including customer journey.
3. Coach, monitor, and motivate local Socie Spa Trainers.
4. Ensure compliance with Protocols Safety.
5. Organize both offline and online local training sessions.
6. Conduct training sessions for SPA and Retail Cabins offering both paid and free treatments.
7. Perform regular market visits to monitor SOCIE/ESGP Cabins.
8. Collaborate with the Spa International team to update and develop communication tools.
9. Train trainers for non-paid treatments in the absence of Skincare training team updates from Paris.
10. Facilitate communication between local training teams and the International Spa Training team.
11. Ensure compliance with Guerlain Visual Merchandising and Retail Design guidelines at SOCIE/ESGP.
12. Demonstrate perfect knowledge of Guerlain SPA Protocols and methods.
13. Perform treatments for journalists, VIPs, and during masterclasses as needed.
14. Act as an ambassador of Guerlain to convey Spa expertise.

1. University graduate

1. Fluency in Japanese and English
2. In-depth knowledge of Guerlain SPA Protocols and methods
3. Strong coaching and motivational skills
4. Excellent organizational abilities
5. Effective communication skills

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the salon business, with a focus on fieldwork and/or training.
