1. Participate in the preparation of monthly workforce reports for France.
2. Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
3. Assist in the construction of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
4. Prepare boutique reporting and update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training follow-ups.
5. Contribute to the budget exercise by managing payroll and workforce data consolidation.
6. Prepare ad hoc queries as needed.
7. Prepare the monthly ADP interface for the Group HRIS (LVMH Talent).
8. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
9. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent, with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Proactive and adaptable with a keen attention to detail.
5. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required; open to beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or related field.
