1. Take ownership of beauty event activation projects and deliver measurable results.
2. Enhance skincare and make-up expertise through regular store visits and one-on-one development coaching.
3. Identify and nurture talent within the team.
4. Mentor and motivate Beauty Consultants with tutorials and workshops, sharing best practices.
5. Collaborate with the Area Manager and Training team to assess and address training needs.
6. Support new team members with ordering platforms and digital reporting.
7. Implement brand selling ceremonies and best practices on the shop floor.
8. Work closely with Counter Managers, Area Managers, and the Training Team to identify opportunities within retail partners' services.

1. Expertise in make-up with in-depth knowledge of skincare and fragrance.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various audiences.
3. Flexibility to travel as required by area and training needs.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury beauty industry.
