- Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy tailored to the USA market in collaboration with the VP Education & Eventing and Global Training Team.
- Customize headquarters' education content to align with the USA market.
- Plan, manage, and execute all training seminars associated with the North-East Region.
- Provide training and coaching to Guerlain staff across the North-East region, with a focus on New York Flagships.
- Establish expertise levels for Guerlain Beauty Consultants.
- Lead and execute both digital and in-store masterclasses within the North East in partnership with marketing and digital teams.
- Drive retail excellence tailored to each partner and retailer.
- Support the elevation and refinement of experiential strategies and tools for events.
- Develop reports to measure the ROI and business impact of the education and events strategy.
- Assist in recapping events to identify learnings and optimizations for future planning.
- Ensure all local market training needs are met within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee and develop a team of three Regional Education & Events Coordinators.
- Manage performance of a team of 3 Regional Training and Events Coordinators.
- Meet and/or exceed sales and training and events goals set by Head of Client Experience.
- Maintain T/E expenses within budget provided.
- Perform all other job-related activities as required.
- 5+ years of experience in prestige cosmetics sales and education
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong product knowledge
- Strong coaching skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige cosmetics sales and education.
LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $110,000-$120,000.
