1. Monitor and optimize sales and operations processes, acting as the primary contact for APAC travel retail and export supply planning.
2. Translate business strategy into actionable work plans for team execution.
3. Serve as the key inventory contact for product availability, assortment, and P&L in travel retail and export APAC.
4. Facilitate retail implementation in export and rejuvenate travel retail post-pandemic.
5. Coordinate the TR HAINAN business within the TR APAC structure and develop an independent key resource for TR CHINA.
6. Build demand forecasts for basic and novelty products, sellable items, and merchandising.
7. Enhance forecast accuracy through analysis and implementation of action plans.
8. Challenge existing processes and adopt innovative ideas for improved business outcomes.
9. Provide follow-up and business analysis reports.
10. Anticipate and address internal and external party needs across APAC.
11. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

1. 7-9 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
2. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Customer-focused approach in a multicultural environment.
3. Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Aptitude for figures and reporting with strong analytical skills.
6. Team spirit and excellent communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with demonstrated ability to manage virtual and matrix teams.

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
