- Deploy and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retail strategies with overall company goals.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing frontline team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to retail supervisors and counter managers.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Ensure the highest level of client service is consistently provided across all retail locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
- Oversee retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with maison standard operation guidelines and corporate internal control policies.
- University qualification in Business or a related field preferred.
- More than 5 years of relevant retail experience in the beauty industry, luxury products, or higher segment consumer goods.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and store management best practices.
- Proven ability to drive significant sales growth through effective sales strategies.
- Expertise in inventory optimization and stock level management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Financial oversight capabilities, including sales performance indicators and profitability analysis.
- Adaptability to change and strong networking skills.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant retail experience in the beauty industry, luxury products, or higher segment consumer goods is required.
University qualification in Business or a related field preferred.
