1. Assist sales teams in enhancing store revenue while maintaining brand image and service quality.
2. Greet and inform customers, directing them to sales advisors.
3. Present and offer various services provided by the brand to customers.
4. Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
5. Participate in customer loyalty programs.
6. Prepare gift packages and product personalizations for clients.
7. Prepare customer orders.

1. Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) or equivalent education and/or experience in luxury product sales.
2. Interest in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
3. Fluency in French is mandatory.
