1. Assist sales teams in developing store revenue while ensuring brand image and quality of service.
2. Welcome and inform customers, directing them to sales advisors.
3. Present and propose various services offered by the brand to clients.
4. Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
5. Participate in the customer loyalty program.
6. Prepare gift wrapping and product personalization for clients.
7. Prepare customer orders.

1. Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) or equivalent education and/or experience in luxury product sales.
2. Interest in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
3. Fluency in French is essential.
