- Assist sales teams in developing store revenue while ensuring brand image and quality of service.
- Welcome and inform customers, directing them to sales advisors.
- Present and propose various services offered by the brand to clients.
- Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
- Participate in the customer loyalty program.
- Prepare gift packages and product customizations for clients.
- Prepare customer orders.
- Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) and/or experience in luxury product sales.
- Interest in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory.

No prior experience required, but a background in cosmetics and perfumery or luxury sales is preferred.
