Guerlain Sales Intern

- Compile and distribute the weekly Consolidated Newsround report.
- Conduct analysis of temporary staffing, including purchase order creation and management for key events.
- Assist in preparing internal presentations for retailer strategy meetings and key internal meetings.
- Evaluate key product launches and Christmas performance.
- Prepare budget reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
- Update distribution mapping by Area Manager.
- Monitor and update temporary staffing retail performance by store, liaising with Area Managers to optimize performance.
- Follow up on Parked List and invoice queries.
- Evaluate key launches for the second half, ensuring wholesale targets are met against allocation.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved versus forecast.
- Send out and follow up on Authorized Retail Agreement (ARA) forms.
- Follow up on incentives to motivate consultants and generic staff.
- Raise purchase orders for management and sales departments.
- Assist with ad-hoc management requests.
- Book shifts for temporary staff as per Area Managers’ requests, ensuring budget compliance.
- Liaise with temporary staff agencies to follow up on queries and monitor invoices versus purchase orders.
- Prepare and organize team meetings and training sessions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Genuine affinity for the brand and luxury industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
