1. Coordinate weekly and monthly retail analysis and gross sales tracking.
2. Support the Sales team with sales data extraction and analysis for strategic meetings and forecasting.
3. Develop new sales tracking tools and lead the Power BI project for the UK.
4. Create comprehensive ROI activity reports to evaluate performance.
5. Assist in completing trade calendars and contribute activation suggestions.
6. Conduct SWOT analysis for each retailer in collaboration with the Retail team.
7. Serve as the main point of contact for global sales projects and area managers.
8. Monitor stock requests and ensure process communication from Head Office to field.
9. Support the Head of Sales with key presentations and administrative tasks.

1. Available to start in July 2025
2. Fluent in English; French is advantageous
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills
4. Highly organized with a genuine affinity for the luxury industry

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
2. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
4. Flexible and adaptable

Beginner level experience in sales or related fields is required.
