Guerlain Sales Intern

- Coordinate weekly and monthly retail analysis and sales tracking.
- Support the Sales team with data extraction and insights for strategic meetings and forecasting.
- Conduct ad hoc commercial and financial analyses.
- Develop new tracking tools for sales performance and inventory management.
- Lead the Power BI project for the UK, creating a new sales database tool.
- Create comprehensive ROI reports to evaluate activity performance.
- Assist in completing trade calendars and suggest activations.
- Conduct SWOT analyses for retailers in collaboration with the Retail team.
- Serve as the main contact for global Sales Team projects and Area Managers.
- Support Key Account Managers in monitoring stock requests.
- Ensure communication and implementation of trade processes.
- Assist the Head of Sales with key presentations.
- Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders and store databases.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Availability to start in July 2025.
- Strong organizational and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a focus on analytical and organizational capabilities.
