- Assist sales teams in developing store revenue while ensuring brand image and quality of service.
- Greet and inform customers, directing them to a sales advisor.
- Present and offer various services provided by the Maison to customers.
- Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
- Participate in customer loyalty programs.
- Prepare gift packages and product customizations for clients.
- Prepare customer orders.
- Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) and/or experience in luxury product sales.
- Interest in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
- Proficiency in French is essential.
