Guerlain Sales Coordinator

1. Manage stock and sales forecasts by analyzing and recommending orders to optimize stock quality and quantity at points of sale.
2. Monitor fast-moving products versus forecasts with the help of Marketing in collaboration with the Area Manager.
3. Conduct monthly analysis of client stock files and track coverage by reference in warehouse/point of sale.
4. Participate in monthly sell-out reporting in collaboration with the Area Manager.
5. Monitor the sell-in portfolio by client and assess risks.
6. Control invoices and payment dates.
7. Manage and dispatch promotional materials, testers, and merchandising elements in collaboration with Retail Managers.
8. Maintain regular communication with field sales teams for allocations, uniforms, and seminar preparations.
9. Track the budget and expenses for the area, including promotions, promoters, local merchandising, and maintenance.
10. Coordinate marketing activities such as updating price lists, managing assortments, and implementing promotions.
11. Ensure the proper presentation and updates of Guerlain brand pages on clients' E-Retail platforms.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/5 from a Business School
2. First experience in an international environment
3. Strong sensitivity to cosmetics and luxury

2. Analytical skills, attention to detail, rigor, responsiveness, autonomy, and initiative
3. Commercial sense, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong team spirit
4. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
