Guerlain Sales Coordinator

- Analyze and recommend client orders to optimize stock quality and quantity at points of sale.
- Monitor fast-moving items versus forecasts in collaboration with Marketing and the Area Manager.
- Conduct monthly analysis of client stock files and track coverage by reference in warehouse and point of sale.
- Participate in monthly sell-out reporting with the Area Manager.
- Monitor sell-in portfolio by client and assess risks.
- Control invoices and payment dates.
- Manage and dispatch point-of-sale materials, testers, and merchandising elements for product launches in collaboration with Retail Managers.
- Maintain regular communication with field sales teams, including allocation dispatch, uniforms, and seminar preparation.
- Track budget and expenses for the region, including promotions, promoters, local merchandising, and maintenance.
- Allocate and track supplier and client invoices.
- Update price lists and manage assortment.
- Implement promotions in collaboration with the marketing team for the region.
- Prepare and track orders related to promotions to ensure successful trade activations.
- Ensure the Guerlain brand page is well-presented and updated on clients' e-retail pages in collaboration with Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school.
- Initial experience in an international environment.
- Strong affinity for cosmetics and luxury sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to priorities.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail, rigor, and responsiveness.
- Autonomy and initiative-taking.
- Commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Entry-level experience required, ideally in an international context.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school.
