1. Assist the Counter Manager and sales teams in daily operations to drive Guerlain's revenue growth across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
2. Welcome, advise, and sell Guerlain products at department store counters.
3. Participate in counter activities including events, stock management, and organization.
4. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice, introducing them to the spirit of Guerlain's collections.
5. Recruit new clients and maintain direct contact with existing ones to foster loyalty.
6. Promote complementary products by highlighting Guerlain's excellence and craftsmanship.
7. Contribute to ancillary sales tasks such as inventory, store cleanliness, unpacking, and labeling.
8. Ensure the Guerlain brand image is upheld according to the Maison's standards.

1. Enrollment in a specialized school in Aesthetics or Sales.
2. Previous successful experience in a similar role is highly appreciated.
3. Knowledge of the fragrance and beauty industry, ideally across all three axes.
