Guerlain Sales Animator

- Represent and embody Guerlain's sales standards as a brand ambassador across multiple retail locations.
- Drive sales growth and increase Guerlain's market share within the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough sell-out analysis in collaboration with sector managers.
- Provide comprehensive training to teams on fragrance, makeup, skincare, and brand DNA.
- Facilitate training sessions for sales partners and freelance staff, monitoring their performance.
- Organize and execute in-store animations to boost market share and franchise volume.
- Coordinate with national retail teams to implement central animations and differentiation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Guerlain's internal processes, including stock management and special orders.
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in sales seminars and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English for sales purposes.
- Valid driver's license and mobility within Nice.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Team spirit and result-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury industry exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
