1. Drive sales growth and increase Guerlain's market share within the assigned territory.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance of flagship stores, coordinating with sector managers.
3. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for team members on brand DNA and product knowledge.
4. Facilitate regional training sessions and support national training initiatives.
5. Coordinate and execute in-store animations to boost market share and sales volume.
6. Ensure adherence to Guerlain's internal processes, including stock management and merchandising standards.
7. Develop strong partnerships with sector managers and provide regular reports on market and competitor activities.
8. Participate in sales seminars and training sessions as required.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, commerce, or related field.
2. Previous experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English.
4. Valid driving license (Category B).
5. Willingness to work on Sundays.
